Kymberlie Andrew is an elite advisor in strategic executive communication and the Founder of Privileged Conversations, a global consultancy trusted by world leaders, C-suite executives, diplomats, and innovators navigating high-stakes environments.

With over 30 years of experience at the intersection of media, influence, and leadership, Kymberlie’s client list has included the British Royal Family, the Bank of England, tech founders, high-profile diplomats, industry leaders and celebrities. Her ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives has positioned her as a sought-after partner for those whose words must inspire action, trust, and results.

A former award-winning senior BBC journalist, Kymberlie began her career in investigative journalism before moving into global current affairs and politics. At the BBC, she became known for her incisive storytelling, her talent for preparing senior figures for high-pressure interviews, and her ability to script keynote speeches that resonated on world stages.

She later served as the Global Head of Content and Executive Communications at Standard Chartered Bank, operating between Singapore and London. There, she oversaw leadership messaging for the Chairman, Global CEO, and Executive Team - helping to guide narratives across 54 markets in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Today, Kymberlie leads a team that advises high-level clients on strategic communication, executive presence, persuasive messaging and public speaking. Her strategic precision and results-driven approach have helped clients secure funding, enhanced relevance, and strengthen their brand voice in competitive global markets.

Kymberlie is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, sits on the board of Africa’s first Tech Academy for girls, and serves as an advisor to Baroness Amos’ charity for gifted and talented youth.
